Procedure:

- Add Bioalbumen® and water to a mixing bowl.

- Mix using a hand mixer at speed 1/5 for 1 minute.

- At 1 minute, add salt and cream of tartar. Continue mixing at speed 1/5 for an additional 3 minutes.

- Increase mixer speed to 3/5 and mix for 2 minutes.

- Gradually add sugar while mixing at speed 3/5 for 5 minutes.

- Increase mixer speed to 4/5 and mix for 1 minute until the desired foam consistency is achieved.
